Key Account Manager to pharmaceutical company

Modis is looking for a Key Account Manager to a pharmaceutical company. This is a consulting assignment for initially 1 year. Send your CV in English if you find the position interesting. We are looking for a driven individual with a minimum of 5 years sales experience within the area rheumatology and preferably biological drugs. You should be based in Gothenburg/VGR-region. The company HQ is located in Stockholm. Your responsibilities: • Drive sales and business results in the designated account territory by flawlessly executing the brand plan on account level. • Maintain and build partnerships in therapeutic area related customer groups. • Flexibillity to shift the amount of resorce between activity spent with the Key Accounts and awareness building work in the accounts driving referrals. Distibution of work as deemed appropriate by the TA ladership. • Act as the product specialist at the customer interface and engage in constant dialogue to create value for patients, customers and Janssen. • Analyze territory sales data and customer insights to develop account plans in alignment with the country business strategy and brand plan. • Plan sales activities in line with segmentation and targeting criteria using available sales data and CRM, e.g. i Connect, to allow for greatest possible sales impact. • Maintain and build partnerships in therapeutic area related customer groups. • Leverage cross-functional teams and coordinate account activities in order to achieve cutomer interaction excellence and find innovative solutions for stakeholders. • Share best practices and knowledge with other Janssen Key Account Managers within the same and other therapeutic areas. • Embrace continuous learning to improve sales skills and medical knowledge. • Conduct business activities in compliance with ethics and legal requirements. • Enhance the use of multi-channel communication.
