Let us describe the challenge we offer Polestar is expanding rapidly in Sweden and at the moment we have an exciting opportunity for a new positions as Internal Sales Consultant to complete our sales team. Your key responsibility will be to manage and follow up on incoming leads both new and existing customers and be the human connection for our online brand. This is an opportunity to be part of the exciting Polestar journey and be able to form and shape our business success whilst transforming the whole industry. The role will be based in Gothenburg and reports to the Head of Sales of Polestar Sweden. What you´ll do Your key responsibilities will be to: • Day-by-day key contact with sales leads. Be the human connection for our online brand. Inspire customers in the journey to electric mobility. • Drive lead cycle management (follow-up leads and close them). • Initiating sales with potential customers. • Optimise call logic and sales approach, documenting customer information and reactions, focussing on customer needs to close sales. • Analyse and report on lead Management results. • Ensure continuous sales support, administration and reporting. • Support of the Fleet Sales administration • Continuously assess and improve collaboration with sales partners You and your skills: To be successful in this role we expect you to have: • Preferably telesales experience. • Excellent level of spoken and written Swedish and English • Good knowledge of Excel & Power Point As a person you have an analytical mindset and outstanding communication skills to inspire and educate and guide the customers in their transition to Electric Vehicle. You are also flexible and agile individual who thrives working in fast-paced and dynamic environment and who has a can-do attitude. You are very sociable. Last but not least, you have passion for cars and people. Competence and experience is important, but personality is key! Polestar is a start-up company with strong growth focus.
