The Marketing Analytics Team is a talented team with strong data analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of the consumer. It supports the entire Marketing & Brand organization with the right data, results, and insight.   Let us describe the challenge we offer In this role, you’ll join a team of highly skilled analysts. The analysis and insights you provide will be the compass at Marketing & Brand. Part of a dynamic global brand, you’ll measure performance marketing across multiple countries and platforms, securing continuous learning and optimization of all our activities. What you will do In this role you will develop a comprehensive measurement framework that can be used globally and measure our performance against KPIs. You will support our media teams and local markets working with this framework and setup ways to work with online tracking through UTMs and campaign naming conventions. Further, you will work with the analysts and relay to them the requirements for measuring our campaigns, events and global activity. The creation of an over-arching data dossier that documents all the data touch points within Marketing and Brand will be at your responsibility and striving to source new tools and techniques to fill in gaps within that data dossier will be the core of this role. Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key We believe that you have more than four years of experience with working and measuring marketing data across both online and offline channels. You are a self-motivator and enjoy working in the world of data. To you, working alongside analysts in a highly creative and fastmoving organization comes naturally. To be successful in this role, you need to have experience with Google Marketing Platform, Google Analytics and UTM tracking. Brand Measurement, consumer journey and challenging the traditional marketing funnel are areas that are your passion and you see the bigger picture and how things fit together. Qualifications • 4+ years experience working with and measuring marketing data for both online and offline sources. • Strong knowledge of marketing measurement techniques, such as Google Analytics UTMs, tracking pixels, etc. • Experience of working in digital marketing environment, e.g. with ad servers, web analytics, search bid management etc.  • Solid analytical skills and understanding of data across the sales funnel. • Strong communication skills to be able to present complex analytics findings to business stakeholders How to apply and connect Is this you?
