German speaking Customer Service Specialist

This Position entails overall responsibility for all support matters and respond to Mini Rodini´s customers in the best possible way. The service include a greater responsibility within complaints and that its tasks are carried out in a productive and efficient manner based on current objective, strategies and other guidelines. ABOUT THE POSITION As a Customer Service Specialist at Mini Rodini you highest priority is to ensure an excellent level of service to our Ecom and Retail customers . You will play an important role in giving the customers the best possible service in accordance with the companys and the departments set targets and guidelines. You will work closely with the sale support team and Ecom team but also other departments in the company. The position is based at our Stockholm Office and you will report to Customer Service Manager. Your tasks will include but not be limited to: • Daily handling our customers inquiries over email, phone and chat on all our markets • Troubleshoot deliveries and payments • Handling all types of questions regarding orders, deliveries and claims for all our markets • Insight based sharing to Ecom department to enable improvements on the site QUALIFICATIONS To be successful in this position we believe that you have the following qualifications and experience: • Minimum 1 year experience of working with customer service preferably with an Ecom Brand • Strong communication skills in German, Swedish, English written and spoken. Additional languages are an advantage • Experience from working with Magento, Zendesk and Klarna is an advantage THE IDEAL MATCH To be successful in this position we believe that you have a high level of service mindedness and love environments where you get to handle all kinds of questions from customers.
