We are looking for an experienced Sales or Pre-Sales leader, a results-oriented Engagement leader with experience in leading interaction with Sales and delivery managers. We believe that the candidate should have excellent experience in finance and business area as well and know quite well the Customer Support and Network Deployment portfolios Important is also the ability to look into business cases with an excellent demeanor. Preferred multi language skills. Good communication style. Good network inside MELA top management. You will be part of SAN Strategy and Portfolio LT with a high focus on services business, the evolution of the market, and how to address the customer need with sophisticated sales methodology. Diversity is important in this team where half of the team members are female and from different areas of the world. As our next Engagement leader, your purpose will be to handle a product portfolio. As a person, you enjoy working with strategy, positioning, and business development for the in-house developed products. You appreciate working with a global and regional span and this is an area you thrive within. You will Be responsible to drive the interactions between Strategic Product Managers and Market Area leaders Handle solution development and manage continuous improvements Handle requirements and assignments from MA Develop competence and knowledge sharing in your group and beyond Responsible to introduce Network Services portfolio in the MA: promote, support, organize sessions with CU Heads and KAMs Keep full control of the relation with MAs Support MAs for all related Portfolio and Sales engagement Take care of all open actions related Portfolio improvement and Serviceability Create the right follow up for QBR pending actions Proactively prepare meetings among MA-BA executives Knowledge Sharing across MAs Take care of relation with Commercial Managment organizations Communicate towards MAs with full support from BA Portfolio and Strategy teams Organize sessions to deep dive on portfolio issues/changes Give support to indicate and involve the right people in BA Involve all other people in SAN and other organizations to create the right support for deals and customer presentations Be driver for the financial follow-up and provide feedback to MAs (how to improve, how to reuse what done by other MAs) To be successful in the role you have Account or KAM or Commercial Management experience Strong drive and capability to inspire KAMs and Account Managers Outstanding Communication Skills Preferred multi language skills A Master Degree in Business and/or Engineering Extensive knowledge of business and product management Excellent presentation and presenting expertise Systematic and creative skills The potential to formulate strategy and concept Prominent entrepreneurial and commercial skills What´s in it for you?
