We are looking for a Business Analyst for the Quality and Case Management Solutions that are used by most of AB Volvo’s Business Areas and Business Units. Are you interested in working with a global solution within a global team? Our stakeholders represent all TD/BA’s and all brands in the Volvo Group. The team is a true global team interacting between five different countries/sites. In that environment there will be opportunities to contribute in many ways. Do you have several years of experience both working in IT and Automotive Aftermarket environment? If you also have experience of collaborating with requesters from business, turning their needs into solution throughout the requirement process, you are the person we are looking for! Who are we The Department Quality and Warranty is responsible for the management of all deliveries for core solutions in the Quality and Warranty domain. The team has full responsibility of onetime (cost, scope, quality), solution management (benchmarking, innovation and continuous improvement) runtime deliveries (SLA fulfilment, cost, quality of service). The department is responsible for several global application. In our team the current focus is a Siebel CRM based Case Management tool that also supports the uptime process. This combined with other applications in the team are seen as Business-critical solution within Volvo Group. Today we are appr 20 people in the global team and we are managing 8 different solutions in total. Argus is a Siebel based case management tool supporting many different processes in Volvo like Technical Support, Service Requests, Breakdown etc. We also can clearly see an interesting future now we are entering the digital transformation path at Volvo. ROLE DESCRIPTION In your role you will participate in workshops to understand and evaluate stakeholder needs and secure solution requirements can be understood by both Business and IT and used in the application team. You will have a close collaboration with solution process and key users, you will support the development team as well as the team supporting the end users. Your responsibilities: Stakeholder requirements gathering, end user needs identification, process definition Provide business competencies to key projects and activities Collaborate with key stakeholders in the organization to conduct requirements elicitation and guide them as they work with key information sets to gain business insights Perform end user studies and do prototyping based on the collected end user needs and business goals. Perform end user evaluation to secure that the important user needs are met with the prototype. Be the bridge between business and IT. Responsible for securing that the requirements can be understood by both and can be used by the application development team Dare to challenge and to be challenged, listen and take into consideration.
