Our marketing activities are based on large quantities of data points collected from a wide range of online activities. We are now looking for an Administrative Assistant to help us expand our marketing activities by supporting our team with a wide range of administrative tasks. The role is mainly focused on gathering information and insights but also includes client-facing elements. Responsibilities and what you will do - Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the marketing team - Work with the administration of cost reports, supply inventories, develop and maintain filing systems, run errands, prepare send-outs, etc. - Book venues and travel arrangements, send out invitations, handle RSVPs, and help out at events - Provide information by answering questions and requests both internally and through DMs from partners - Supporting visitors at the Lifesum office Are you the one we're looking for? To be successful in this position we believe that you have: - Previous experience from working in an administrative position for over a year - Worked with and mastered Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Drive - A knack for organizing and great attention to detail - Worked with a multitude of projects simultaneously and are open-minded and positive - Fluency in Swedish and English - A will to take responsibility while you're working in a fast paced environment In this position, you will work evenings and weekends a couple of times per month, so a flexible mindset is a must-have, as well as a driver’s license. We hope that your mobile device is one of your best friends and that you are familiar with different social media platforms and use plenty of apps.
