Do you have previous experience  from  driving change within  store operations? Are you looking for a position where you develop solutions to improve efficiency and experience for customers and staff? We are now looking for a Store Operation Specialist  w ith focus on digitalizing our stores in an efficient way   to our head office, located in central Gothenburg.   Your role in our team.       You are a part of our Global Sales Organisation, working in the Sales Operations Department.  This department is responsible for  m aximi sing  the global sales, defin ing   KPI’s   and profitability in all Lindex sales channels ,  by a digital first mindset.   W e  d evelop, implement and optimize sales operations in all sales channels with   the common goal to optimize the customer experience to reach set sales goals.    We understand that you are curious to know more about the role! Here are some examples of work tasks:   As Store Operation Specialist, you develop solutions to improve efficiency and experience for Lindex stores and you work with how we further can improve how we serve our customers. You work in a larger cross functional team to improve all parts of store operations  based on data and insights.  You have experience from solutions  that involve  automation a nd AI .  As a Store Operations Specialist you are expected to cover multiple areas to some degree and specialize in one or two on a global level for all Lindex markets. Your focus is on development,   optimization and implementation of digital solutions, store routines and best practices for sales channel store.      Is  this you?     To succeed in this role, you are customer centric, passionate for store experience,  data driven   and you thrive in a position where you quickly adjust to changed conditions. You have great communication skills and we see that you enjoy being in a position where you are expected to collaborate with others, but also to be   self-driven. You have strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate others.  You believe in togetherness and is motivated by the possibility to make an impact.  You are  passionate about  digital  transformation .  Also, this probably sounds like you:   Postgraduate education within retail, services or similar    Previous work experience  from store operations   Experience of project management and change management  at a global group/brand   Experience  of   digital transformation and  how digital tools can be used in physical stores   Experience of agile working method and systems such as Jira, Confluence or similar   English  and Swedish   both written and spoken We are Lindex.     A growing global fashion company from Sweden.
