Let us describe the challenge we offer The Taskforce Team is a strongly purpose driven team, ensuring that our projects serve the Global Mar Com Calendar as well as our Strategic and Business objectives. We start by defining and understanding the Task and after that we decide what Force is needed to reach the target. Our team consists of Taskforce leaders, senior project managers, driving the projects from a scope, time and budget perspective. The leaders have extensive experience and are divided in three different areas; Digital, Product (cars) and Project. The team serves Marketing & Brand as well as Communications. What you will do The Mar Com Taskforce Project Lead executes and leads key projects which are cross-functional and cross-regional and works both with international agencies and production partners on the global scene. You will identify priorities and govern major end-to-end projects that support strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is a team player who is collaborative and has experience in strategic project management in fields such as strategy, marketing and communication.   In taking the lead in the development of the Taskforce time plans you secure logic timing of key activities and main gateways as well as prepare and lead pre-gateway reviews within the Taskforces and provide conclusions and recommendations. Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key We see that you have a strong business judgment; strategic and analytical capabilities and that you are a creative thinker with problem-solving skills.  In this role you must be service-minded with an ability to turn recommendations into action and be able to see the big picture and transform strategic initiatives into operational execution. You have strong communication and collaboration skills and you are comfortable in acting in a global matrix organization. To be successful in this role, you are a strong project leader with extensive experience from leading marketing projects. Qualifications • BSc in Marketing, Communications, Economics, Industrial Engineering or similar (MSc preferably) • Proven record of accomplishment for successfully leading and executing cross-functional projects across Marketing & Brand and Communications, within a large and diverse regional spread • Ability to influence decision-making at all levels within an organization, and in a variety of contexts • International working experience from our largest markets, such as US, Asia or large European markets • Experience from working in a larger, international company  • As we are a global company, you need to be proficient in English, verbally and written How to apply and connect Is this you?
