The People team is at the core when it comes to securing the right competence and culture to deliver on Qliro’s long term success. We are a team of five and are now looking for a skillful People Partner who will play an important role in contributing towards creating a WOW experience for our employees. In the role as People Partner you will be partnering with dedicated functions and teams as well as the rest of the People team. You will be responsible for dedicated People specialist areas and also responsible for project leading different types of People projects and initiatives. The role is broad and you are expected to contribute in matters that are both on a strategic and operational level. As we are a Tech company and Tech is our core - a great focus in this role will be on People matters within Tech. We are a young organization and team which means this role will play an important part in building and forming the way we work with People matters at Qliro. You will have a central role in the People team and will together with the rest of the team ensure the People agenda is attractive, well advanced and constantly evolving. What you’ll do: - Partner with function heads, managers and employees regarding people related matters for a dedicated part of the business. - Run and implement strategic development projects and processes within his/her specialist areas to ensure Qliro continues to be a modern and attractive employer. - Coach and partner with managers in leadership challenges and team/people matters. - Build strong internal relationships and be a reliable sounding board for both manager and employees in the organization. - Coach and guide other members of the people team - Contribute and drive initiatives throughout the whole organization We believe our next People Partner: Can easily gain trust at all levels and have excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate, communicate and influence at all levels. We also believe you are a self-starter and self-organizer who independently drive your work forward and are able to create engagement. We see that you are an analytical and structured person with high integrity and a progressive mindset. You thrive in a role where you won’t be micromanaged but where you are expected to take charge and test ideas. You feel comfortable taking initiatives, likes to think outside the box and want to be part of and in the forefront of building a modern employer. We also believe you have: - A proven track record of advising, challenging, coaching and supporting Business Managers on people-related issues and processes through the full HR life cycle - Profound knowledge and experience from working with Swedish Labour law - Minimum a Bachelor's degree, most likely in HR, Economics, or any other business related area - Experience from IT/tech/development and/or fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment is meriting - Fluent in Swedish and in English - Good skills with the MS Office package in general WOW in everything we do We are currently transforming Qliro to cater for both the next levels of payment services to consumers and merchants as well as becoming a Digital Banking Platform.
