We are looking for a new team member to join our ambitious and values-driven Revenue Development team in Stockholm as an Enterprise Account Executive. We believe that you are a constant improver, able to establish meaningful relationships. You are customer-centric, eager to learn and take more and more responsibility. All of these with a passion for Tech, Saa S and B2 B. We need your help in: - Manage the most relevant and large leads through the full sales cycle - Beat revenue and activity targets on a weekly/monthly/quarterly basis - Accurately forecast new sales pipelines along with add-on bookings - Bring potential clients to an understanding of the options or solutions that are applicable to their situation, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs - Ensure an outstanding customer experience is achieved - Analyse the various data points available to determine opportunities within the region - Work cross-functionally with Sales/Business Development, Customer Success, Marketing, Content, etc. to drive the business forward - Collaborate with the leadership team and sales operations to identify strategies, and processes to better achieve revenue goals - Develop and execute account plans to deliver quarterly revenue goals We need that you bring: - 4+ years of experience as an Account Executive or extensive sales experience in a similar role - Experience selling/interacting with C-Suite level - Overachievement in pipeline generation and closing revenue goals (reached or went further) - Excellent communications skills in English (other languages are a plus) - Excellent organization skills to provide the most efficient service to our clients - Exceptional skills in prospecting, discovery, presentation, buying behaviours and overcoming objections What to expect about us: - The possibility to join a successful startup in an early phase and have a real impact - Work together with a very talented, passionate team with high ambitions and a great sense of shared purpose - Clear responsibilities and KPIs - Engages leaders that will help and support you in your personal development - After works and team events (when possible) - Possibility to grow and take bigger responsibilities fast ABOUT ALBACROSS We are first and foremost a data company. When we launched Albacross, we released our product for free which enabled us to build the largest proprietary IP-to-company mapping data network in Europe. Today, we track 3 billion events monthly, identifying 1000’s companies for our customers. Today over 10 000 companies are using Albacross to track over 1 million companies monthly. Our selection process is continuous, and the advert may close before the recruitment process is completed if we have moved forward to the screening or interview phase.
