About the job As our new Content Marketing Manager, you will strategically plan and drive content production for all of our different channels and marketing vehicles. Collaborate internally and externally with copywriters and designers to help you deliver on the content plan. You will also gather raw material internally (e.g. from product and engineering) and transform it into marketing-ready and customer-friendly material together with the rest of the team. Your main responsibilities also include: - Project management of content production - in-house and externally - Continuously manage a constant inflow of fresh content to our content platform and maintain content up-to-date - Ensure we deliver content both for marketing/lead gen and sales collateral on time - Monitor usage analytics and content performance - Increase content engagement both by the sales teams and our customers - Analyze performance metrics to derive actionable initiatives to improve content adoption and engagement It’s also important to stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead. About you Our dream person for this role is you, who is curious, test-happy and an excellent project leader with the ability to strategize and analyze. We also promote the combination of strong communication skills with strong capabilities in scoping, delegating and delivering results We believe you have a BSc or MSc of Science in Business, Communication or other relevant degrees with at least some experience within Content or Communication. You effectively and professionally communicate in written format. You prioritize your tasks in a structured manner to create the highest possible customer satisfaction and always attend to this first. It would be great if you also have: - Knowledge in how effectively navigate commercial strategies and what drives business impact/ROI of different marketing activities - The strategic side of copy connected to the business, customers and product as well as the art of producing spot on written communication. - You demonstrate self-confidence and meet new people and new challenges confidently. You are fluent in English, another language such as Swedish, Spanish or French would be the icing on the cake but not a must. Telavox is the place to be!
