Zinzino is growing rapidly, and we need to further strengthen our organization and are now seeking a Dutch and French speaking Customer Support Representative to our Customer Support department. Together with your colleagues in the support department, you give our customers and resellers a positive and rewarding contact with us. Who are you? We are currently looking for someone that is passionate about customer service and want to make a difference for our customers. You enjoy working with service and support and always puts the customer and partner in the centre. You are a positive person with a well-developed sense of service who always puts the customer and our partners in focus. You are both efficient and enterprising. You like working as part of the team but have no problem taking initiative on your own. Talking to customers and partners on the phone, e-mails and chat who speak Dutch, French and English is no problem for you. About the role Zinzino stands for personal, familiar contacts between Partners and customer. Your task will include • Telephone and email support to the company's German, Austrian & Swiss customers and partners. When necessary, also help supporting other European countries. • Administrative tasks such as database management and invoice cases. • Registration, deviation handling and follow-up work. • Handling of complaints. This is where you fit in! We are looking for our next Customer Support superstar to join our team at the Head Office in Västra Frölunda. We offer you good training in all our products and different admin systems, however as prerequisites we ask from you: Qualifications • We want you to speak and write fluently in Dutch and French and we require you to be fluent in English. Other languages, especially Swedish, are merited but not a requirement. • We want you to have at least 1 year of documented experience of working with customer service or support where you have handled many of the tasks associated with customer service, such as invoice and complaint matters.
