As our Digital Web Analyst your main responsibilities will be to ensure that the local markets web KPIs are met and optimized for maximum output. Work will be based both on current best practice as well as to create new hypothesis and tests to set up, measure and scale. By that way of working you will continuously build up new success cases for including in our best practices and sharing globally. In addition to your main responsibilities you will support larger product launches and brand building campaigns. You will collaborate closely with several Stakeholders; • SEO and content creation to identify and fill content gaps on website, analytics/web development for suggestions on new A/B tests on-site • Data strategy / mar-tech as a for which targeting audiences that are needed for maximizing performance • Content strategists, performance media and teams to create and operationalize performance plans, providing insights on website traffic, funnel performance, conversion rates and other website related activity • Marketing teams and other relevant stakeholders to understand meaningful KPIs and ensures metrics are appropriately defined, implemented, and tested across our digital properties • Internal performance media team to define and operationalize workflows requested to successfully test and analyze campaigns In the role as Digital Web Analyst you implement on-site analytics, monitor and interpret visitor’s behavior, analyzing website analytics, generating insightful strategies for optimization, and reporting back with easy-to-understand data visuals. You will lead the improvement and automation of digital analytics programs through platforms such as Power BI to ensures accurate tracking, analysis and reporting of website KPIs in analytics dashboards. You will work to control tagging consistency with global guidelines throughout the region making sure to document and share campaign and creative best practice. In the role you will also liaison with the regional media agency representatives regarding media and website tracking and measurement. Do you fit the profile? For this role as our Digital Web Analyst we are looking for you with strong analytical background and a desire to work in fast-paced environments to accelerate new business growth. The initial focus will be on web performance and you will contribute with your deep knowledge and understanding how to create actions plans and recommendations based on performance. We believe you have at least 3 years’ experience in similar roles, which has given you solid skills in the digital media and analytics platforms and tools such Google analytics, Google Optimize to name a few. You like to stay up to date on the latest digital trends and continually innovates the customer journey. You can also translate insights and observations in a clear and concise manner to teammates, leadership, central web development teams and to NSC´s. In the role you will be involved in regular meetings with local stakeholders from our NSC’s why previous experience in a customer facing role is a plus. The local stakeholders in the NSC’s are your customers and it is important that you can relate and translate their commercial goals to web and digital marketing channels and KPIs. Who you are?
