About the job What are we looking for? We are looking for an approachable, hands-on, organised Customer Success Team Leader, to lead an autonomous customer success team, while managing a diverse portfolio of clients. Someone who understands how to liaise with clients as a focal point, strategise on what’s being delivered in forms of campaigns and results. You’ll be working with the clients proactively and consultatively. You’ll be part of a great team and will be responsible for ensuring the delivery of goals, quality of campaigns and strategies. We are a fast-growth company and it’s pivotal to ensure clients get the very best campaigns, creative support, and consistently delivery and that expectations are exceeded. What will you do? Together with the rest of our high-performing Customer Success Team, you will support, develop and build a long-term customer relationship with clients - while ensuring consistency in quality and results. You will help and support your colleagues in the day-to-day business, share your knowledge and experience and help the team reach their goals. You will report directly to the company’s senior management. It's important that our fantastic service standards are delivered consistently and this is where you come in. We want someone who can be the first point of contact for clients and also help with the overall project management and delivery of your team’s work. You will be responsible for client onboarding, quarterly strategic reviews and relationship development, ensuring long term promoter/advocacy status with clients. Responsibilities Manage and develop a client portfolio across different sectors and verticals Customer and budget responsibility Conduct and be responsible for ongoing team meetings Maintain an ongoing dialogue with the company's other department heads Develop, streamline and improve the team's working methods and routines Reporting on team performance and portfolio What skills are needed? Minimum 4 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or working for a media agency Technical experience of campaign management (Preferably Display, Programmatic, Video, Native, SOME) Comfortable of working in an entrepreneurial environment Previous team responsibility or proven leadership qualities Excellent business presentation skills including both oral and verbal communication. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Ability to meet and exceed goals in a challenging environment Fluent in Swedish and English.
