DESCRIPTION As an Account Manager, you will have a passion for working with clients, helping them to solve their challenges and drive forward successful delivery. You will help clients navigate business transformation, create strategies and solutions, oversee delivery, build effective relationships, drive successful business outcomes and develop business expansion for EPAM Nordics. RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee a portfolio of accounts in accordance with the agreed Business Unit plans and growth targets Establish good and trustful relationship with business departments on the client side Co-ordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work Oversee the management of EPAM client financials, contracts, work with accounting group on invoice generation and payment. Oversee engagement timesheets and billing information Manage customer expectations and addressing their needs and concerns Responsible for successful delivery on account Define targets and metrics/KPIs for Delivery Management on account/project: Collect and analyze data and responsible for P&L, ROI, financial forecasting, weekly/bi-weekly status reviews Organize communication channel for information exchange on account Escalate issues in delivery to the client's upper management as required Resolve complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes Responsible for setting up the account portfolio’s short and medium term strategy to drive the profitable growth of existing clients consistent with corporate objectives and goals: Upon account growth to secure delivery across the whole account Have clear understanding of project staffing and coordination Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements Constantly and proactively look for opportunities to up sale EPAM capabilities and expand EPAM service offering: Identify and develop new opportunities from existing clients to achieve our objective of developing full service partnership Develop understanding of key stakeholders in the client organization, including the procurement organization, have an idea of budget cycles and limits REQUIREMENTS Proven work experience of 2-5 years as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level Account Management experience and experience managing and working with offshore application development teams Requires the ability to establish solid working relationships with clients, plus the ability to work effectively as a virtual member of a dynamic, dispersed team and to meet deadlines Excellent written and oral Swedish and English Have a Humble, Hungry and Smart – Ideal Team Player attitude: Humble: Works for the good of the team, shares credit for successes Hungry: Self-motivated, diligent, and have a strong desire to always strive to learn and do more and constantly look toward the next opportunity People Smart: Emotional intelligent and interpersonal aware.
