AIM Solutions Lead – Asset Information Management

We are now looking for an AIM Solutions Lead to contribute to our continued growth, development and success within Asset Information Management (AIM). We are seeing a continued strong need to support and accelerate digitalization of asset information for companies within the Energy, Utility and Process sectors. We are looking for you, who together with the organization can take responsibility for developing and implementing our Asset Information Management solutions. Etteplan operates currently in Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and in China. You will have a global role and work together with our global Technical Information organization consisting of service minded and professional people. Position is preferably located in Helsinki or Stockholm area, but could also be located in other Etteplan offices in Finland or Sweden. The work requires travelling in the Nordic countries and occasionally to other Etteplan’s locations, mainly in Europe. Your Responsibilities and Tasks As AIM Solutions Lead, you will lead growing new business opportunities as well as supporting in growing and developing our AIM business with existing accounts in close cooperation with AIM managers and sales in the Technical Documentation Solutions service area. Additionally, you will: Follow, compile and drive market and trend analysis’ ​in the area of information and data management and automation, BIM (Building Information Modelling) Support regional and department managers to generate new leads Drive progress towards strategic deals within Asset Information Management Develop and package services and entry offers and support in customizing these to the customer's specific needs Create and maintain a global platform for how we sell and set up AIM services Support change by continuous communication (why, how, what!) and being close to the customers and our local operations.​ be a Member of the global Service Solutions management team within Technical Documentation Solutions.​ Your experiences and qualifications We expect you to be passionate about relationship and value based selling and get energy from being with customers. You have several years’ experience from solutions sales. If you have experience within the Utility and Energy sector that is an advantage, but not necessary. You are conceptual and solution focused; we are selling solutions enabling our customers to accelerate digitalization and succeed in a changing and competitive business environment. We believe you have/are: Master of Engineering or Economics degree At least 5 years of Digitalization and/or Solution Design experience with English as working language Experience working directly with clients, including upper management and subject matter experts, as well as internal teams Understanding of client needs and translate said needs into actionable requirements Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including demonstrated ability to clearly articulate complex business requirements in a variety of formats Fluent in English Experience in BIM (Building Information Modelling) or Information/Data simulations and automation is an advantage Data and engineering professional services business experience is an advantage. Additionally, it will be a great advantage if you have worked in a matrix organization as you need to operate locally as well as internationally.
