Arbetsbeskrivning As Customer Base Manager for SME business, you will manage the retention driven growth of our customers SME customer base and drive initiatives to increase the value of the customer base divided into three different segments. Ansvarsområden The B2 B Commercial SME team is a commercially driven unit with one clear goal – to drive the growth of the SME business (companies with 0-249 employees) by increasing mobile and broadband market share, improving customer engagement, and delivering topline growth for the B2 B unit. Responsibilities include: Planning and execution of initiatives supporting annual churn rates and retention. Responsible for adjusting to patterns caused by competitors including new launches, pricing and process changes and any other market developments. Development of proactive measures to target vulnerable customers and segments to deliver on targets. Developing insight driven propositions to relevant channels to meet customer needs and thereby improve the customer journey, drive customer loyalty and NPS as well as increase total value of the customer base. Working cross-functionally to develop forecasts and tracking progress on key drivers. Working with customer operations to review inbound call volumes into save teams, assessing save rate and developing tools, campaigns, and mechanisms to reduce churn. Arbetstider Full time and as soon as possible and until February 2023 . Working hours: Monday - Friday 08.00-17.00. Customers Office is located in: Kista Kvalifikationer Requirements: 5+ years of experience (telecommunication or other subscription-based experience is merited). Good understanding of the customer base management and retention process. Used to measure and conceptualizing innovative customer base strategy & tactics, developing propositions for existing customer segments. Delivering customer base value and retention objectives while optimizing offers to maximize topline growth and profitability. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Powerpoint and Excel) and financial analyses including ROI. Comfortable working in an English-speaking environment.
