The Marketing Analytics Team is a talented team with strong data analytics capabilities and a deep understanding of the consumer. It supports the entire Marketing & Brand organization with the right data, results, and insight.  Let us describe the challenge we offer In this role, you’ll join a team of highly skilled analysts. The analysis and insights you provide will be the compass at Marketing & Brand. Part of a dynamic global brand, you’ll measure performance marketing across multiple countries and platforms, securing continuous learning and optimization of all our activities. What you will do Specifically, you will convert complex data and findings into understandable conclusions and recommendations. You will also conduct ad-hoc analysis by pulling data from multiple sources including historical performance, trends, and benchmarking. Further, you will be responsible for securing data consistency and integrity across our analytics platforms, which you’ll use to organize, structure and present data. Competence and experience are important, but personality and potential are key We believe you are an analyst with more than four years of experience with measuring data across multiple channels and can bring that data together to derive insights and learnings. You are a self-motivator and enjoy working in the world of data. You will need to have experience with multi-channel and/or omni-channel marketing campaign measurement as well as experience in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Data Studio and Power BI.  To be successful in this role you need to be skilled in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and the Google Marketing Platform and to be able to work with vast amounts of data from multiple sources. Working knowledge of Salesforce is an advantage, particularly working with Marketing Cloud. Qualifications • 4+ years experience of working in an analytics role including data analysis and reporting • Experience of working in digital marketing environment, e.g. with ad servers, web analytics, search bid management etc.  • Solid analytical skills and understanding of advanced statistical modelling techniques • Google Analytics certified • Strong knowledge of Google Big Query and working with SQL • Proficiency in data visualization tools, e.g. Tableau, Data Studio and Power BI; knowledge of database structures and data mining techniques • Knowledge of key digital marketing KPIs (CPC, CTRs, etc.) How to apply and connect Is this you?
