To be true to our values and goals of growth, we have decided to build out our Customer Success Team and are looking to bring on a Customer Success Intern. As a CS Intern, you will gain professional experience by helping the Customer Success team with ad hoc tasks and projects. You will get to learn about and work with big data, edit and review professional emails, talk to different kinds of people across the footwear industry in a B2 B environment - store associates and managers, and overall help people around the world become more successful with our technology. This is a dynamic role where you will be asked to help with different tasks, we're looking for a teamie with a can-do attitude. The CS Intern can also be a customer facing role, so we are looking for you, you beautiful, passionate, hardworking, and professional people-person, you. Intern Responsibilities: Heads up - there will be a lot of Ad Hoc tasks for you! Perform direct, outbound success calls, provide and gather basic company information Manage databases and input information, data, and records Assist in preparing informational, customer-specific, and/or research materials; create and maintain Power Point, Google Slide presentations Research and gather documentation on company position in the industry Run general industry related errands Fulfil tasks set out by supervisors from several departments, primarily Customer Success and management team. You’re not afraid to own up to mistakes, and you are passionate about learning from them. Passionate and positive - We are all about good energy. We can train you on what you don’t know, but what we can’t train is your natural energy. Analytical and data driven - You can tell stories with data, and understand the importance of being data driven in a customer success role. Humble and a team player - You’re a collaborative team member with low prestige, willing to jump in and help. Patient and empathetic - You care about people and always have people’s best interest at heart. And you know that sometimes this requires extra patience and understanding. Comfortable on the Phone - You are comfortable speaking to strangers, and cold calling. Fluent in English - Other languages are a plus! :) Recognize yourself in this description? Internship length and hours can be flexible but ideally we ask you for at least 20 hours/week.
