Job description We are now seeking a Compensation Consultant to be part of the global Compensation team at our customer. Responsibilities WHAT YOU'LL DO: Create and own central modeling and budgeting with the compensation team’s support/input. Support compensation processes including the annual compensation review, market pricing process, promotion window, gender pay analysis, and many more! Provide professional guidance on the compensation programs which consist of cash and long term incentives. Work closely with the Talent Attraction team and provide guidance on offers for new hires and country transfers. Conduct job evaluations and make compensation recommendations for existing employees. Working hours Full time with start as soon as possible and until 2022-08-12. Working hours: Monday - Friday 08.00-17.00 with flex. Remote and at the office in central Stockholm. Qualifications WHO YOU ARE: At least 5 years experience from working in a global compensation function. You’re able to prioritize well and be flexible in a fast paced environment with changing demands. You’re able to embrace ambiguity and autonomy. You have a detailed orientation for numbers and comfort with complex modeling. You’re able to think in an unexpected way and propose creative solutions to complex problems. A good negotiator with analytical skills. A down to earth and passionate teammate with high integrity. You have excellent communication skills You are an experienced MS Office user (MS Excel, MS Power Point, Excel), an eye for design is a plus! Workday experience is a plus!
