To get UPS news direct, visit www.pressroom.ups.com UPS Nordic Marketing department is looking for a high-performing and motivated candidate for a role of B2 B Marketing Project Leader to join the dynamic and international Customer Marketing team. Help grow our company by leveraging and deploying b2b products and campaigns aligned to our growth strategies. Keep focus on execution of strategic marketing activities, supporting new product launches and positioning with the existing customers as well as prospects. Right candidate will stay close to market needs, and collaborate with internal stake holders such as Sales, Solutions, Operations and within Marketing, mapping gaps and providing satisfactory solutions for different customer segments growth opportunities. You will run independent projects but also work closely with the team on developing and compiling go-to-market plans and launches. Job duties include: • Reviewing monthly revenue results, identifying and enhancing understanding of b2b business drivers • Develop both annual and short-term market plans by collecting insights and a deep understanding of the b2b market and its dynamics, the customer, the competitors, and UPS impact on a continuous basis • Gaining deep understanding of network expansion needs and more long-term investments to support the strategizing process for future growth • Aligning with Strategy team to support service expansions and new launches • Managing and adjusting reports to effectively summarize capabilities roadmap • Conveying marketing strategies and business cases internally in order to gain support from key stakeholders We are looking for you that want to enter a global organization with a willingness to learn and develop within the company. You have strong analytical mindset and numerical skills and you enjoy following trends and coming up with fresh ideas. You have a structured approach with a goal/results orientation and a problem solving attitude. Strong sense of responsibility, prioritization and flexibility are required to independently run projects. Good interpersonal communication, cooperation in joint projects and focus on creative solutions are also important to succeed in this position. We are looking for a team player able to handle multiple activities under tight time constraints. Required Qualifications: • Fluent in spoken and written English • Bachelor degree with specialization in marketing, business, economics or science • Strong knowledge in MS Excel and Power Point Additional advantageous qualifications: • Previous work experience in Sales or Marketing • Experience in data analysis and with data processing • Familiarity with the market research tools and sales funnel analysis, Data Warehouse and SQL • Dedication to self-development • Proficiency in other Scandinavian languages Applicants should include CV and cover letter in English.
