We want you to meet customers and together with our suppliers use your knowledge to create business. At Thurne, a position awaits that involves a close dialogue with customers, primarily in the pharmaceutical industry, such as Pfizer, Sobi, Cytiva, Cobra Biologics, Repligen, Biovian and more. You are responsible for "Cultivation, filtration and single-use fluid handling". We are looking for a person with a few years’ experience in this field, either in production or in sales. The position is a permanent employment, located in Stockholm or Helsinki, Finland. The selection is ongoing. We look forward to receiving your application. The position involves managing customer contacts in your business area. The job is to collaborate with customer contacts working in different types of positions within companies such as: Material Planners, Quality Assurance Officers, Bioprocess Engineers, Maintenance Engineers etc. Your ability to build trust and confidence with customers will often be what determines the outcome. Knowledge about the right solution for the right place is what makes entire processes work. We believe that the person who has this competence will have all the prerequisites to be successful in this position. You will also be our internal expert in this field, helping other colleagues. Examples of tasks are: - Plan and carry out sales work, short and long term - Take overall responsibility for the bioprocess business and gather all knowledge in one place - Develop concepts and strategies - Contact and meet potential customers with customized offers - Hold presentations for customers - Attend trade fairs and exhibitions A large part of your work takes place at costumer site and overnight stays occur all year round. You plan your work and travelling schedule yourself. Vem är du? You have a relevant education and experience from bioprocess, filtration, life science or similar. We believe that our final candidate has 3-5 years of experience in the bioprocess industry either in a position from production or another role. You do not have to have worked within sales, but you must be eager to do so! For real. If you have sales experience in described industries, it is of course very interesting for this role. As a person, you have a genuine interest in meeting people and thrive in a position based upon the joy of discovering and the desire to succeed. For this position, your personality is more important than your sales experience, we are looking for a person who has a positive mindset and sees solutions and opportunities rather than problems. You are a self-motivated person with a strong drive, and you can use resources and people around you in the best way. In this role you communicate with customers in the Nordic region, therefore the role requires that you master English and one Nordic language fluently. The role requires a B driver's license.
