This means that we need to accelerate our omni customer experience and put omni at the core of our business Customer Activation & Marketing, a new unit within H&M Region North focusing on driving omni sales performance by activating the customer in all sales and media channels is a key part in establishing our future organisation. As an Internal Communication Specialist within Customer Activation & Marketing you will be right at the center of this shift towards a truly customer focused Job Description On this journey we´re all working together to create the best omni customer offer for our customers and as an Internal Communication Specialist you will be a key player in making this happen. Together with the rest of the Customer Activation team you will work towards aligned and cross-functional goals, driving omni sales performance and customer centricity in all parts of your work. Key responsibilities include: Strategic and operational responsibility to lead and execute internal communications projects across a Regional team. Act as an advisor and offer support to other functions and sales markets in internal communications related topics, including change and crisis communications. Lead the production of material for communication activities and execution; create communications material including but not limited to presentations, images and films Close collaboration with internal communication team at H&M Group, Press officers and leaders in the organisation. Responsible for the budget assigned for each project, evaluation and follow up As part of the Regional Communications department, contribute to the overall goals of the team and department Qualifications Being part of our omni journey means there is not one clear path. Besides being an H&M person, we are looking for candidates that can show: Preferably a formal education within Communication, Marketing or similar You have at least 3 years of experience in communications. Meriting if within the Sales Market countries and with a focus on internal communications You have excellent communication skills, including fluent written and English. Knowledge in other languages is meriting You have a proven track record of creating results within Internal Communications through locally adapted plans and strategies. With your experience within the industry and insight driven mind set you find innovative ways to engage our colleagues throughout the business You have strong commercial focus and are insight and data driven, with proven ability to drive results and work towards goals You know how to create results by leading others with an ambitious and pragmatic approach It is meriting if you can demonstrate competence within digital/tech and/or omni ways of working Additional information If you want to join our exciting journey and a fantastic team, please upload your cover letter and CV (English) as soon as possible but at the latest 11 of April 2021.
