Commerce and Lifecycle Lead

Do you think leading the commercial strategy and managing the web/mobile funnels for the Star Stable Online franchise sounds like the right opportunity for you? Then look no further! We are now hiring for a Commerce and Lifecycle Lead. In this role, you report directly to our CMO. As a Commerce and Lifecycle Lead at Star Stable you: - Lead the commercial strategy for Star Stable Online franchise working with the franchise product owner to deliver more value to players throughout their lifecycle and drive key KPIs. - Build the strategy for customer offers working with our BI and Game team to drive in-game and subscriber KPIs. - Manage our digital web and third party storefronts, and consult with in-game economy design lead on in-game storefront strategy. - Assess opportunities for third party distribution in select markets/with select partners to drive greater reach and sales. - Manage relationships with third party partners including Apple, Google, Amazon to create new opportunities for promotion. - Assess new business models for current and future products together with Game team, Finance and BI. - Manage the web/mobile funnel for Star Stable Online Franchise. - Work with teams across the organization to monitor funnel performance, set funnel objectives, optimize targets and focus areas, and prioritized KPIs for each area of the funnel. - Build out A/B testing strategy and plans for the web/mobile funnels together with our teams. - Review funnel performance regularly and provide recommendations to cross-functional teams on prioritized actions to optimize outcomes. - Build a lifecycle strategy and plan for priority player groups, identify what attributes result in a successful player and work with cross-functional teams to build successful player outcomes. - Build business cases for enhanced and new features and capabilities to target players within the SSO ecosystem. - Drive the technology requirements with Web Team, BI and Game Team to enhance our capabilities to target players across owned channels with unique offers at different points in their lifecycle to drive desired outcomes. - Assess what software/tools we need to support our lifecycle marketing efforts and build business cases to demonstrate value and priority. Experience & qualifications: - At least 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the games industry and in games as a service. - Strong commercial mindset and business acumen to funnel management. - Able to build strong working relationships with team members, stakeholders and key partners. - Experience in building and managing relationships with third-party partners including Google, Apple and Amazon.
