Customer Care Representative

We are looking for a Customer Care Representative to join our ranks at Fractal Design, where you will help provide excellent and consistent service to consumers before, during and after a purchase. Together with your fellow team-mates, you will make sure that customers support tickets are being managed in the best way possible, ensuring satisfied consumers at every touch-point. But more than that: you will effectively be one of our most important brand ambassadors at the front-line, empowering and helping out potential and existing consumers with problems small and large. This requires a professional and communicative mindset to bring about first-class customer experiences. A normal workday consists mainly of resolving support tickets regarding our products including a wide set of often technically related topics. Other duties will include ordering and management of spare parts, resolving social media support queries as well as making sure our resellers and partners receive excellent RMA-service when needed. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Managing and solving support tickets from existing customers, using a solution-oriented and positive attitude (follow-ups included) Managing and responding inquiries from potential customers such as compatibility questions or other technical queries Providing forum and social media support Advising, administrating and registering orders on spare parts for customers and distributors/resellers (including spare part management) Leaving detailed user and product feedback to Product development and Supply Chain/QC Who we think you are To thrive here, it’s a safe bet that you have a great interest in Hardware and/or Gaming components. You probably already know the correct placement of radiator-tubings, and like to be vocal on Discord about what PSU orientation really is the best (and why). Basically: you are tech-savvy in general, and most likely an avid tech consumer to boot. As you will be handling tickets from countries all over the world as well as communicating with your global customer service colleagues on a daily basis, your English skills (both written and verbal) need to be excellent. We also think you are highly organized, keeping tabs on the small details as well as the big picture in a structured manner. To be really comfortable in this role and our team, you probably need to have had prior experience of fast-paced environments.
