Learn more on www.chris-marine.com About the position As Aftersales representative you will be part of our Technical Support and Aftersales (TSA) team. Your workplace will be in Stenyxegatan 3, Malmö, reporting to the Aftersales manager. You and our team members handle quotes and orders for spares, consumables, rental, repair and services. The Aftersales team also provides technical support to colleagues and customers for our products and parts. The position requires daily interaction with production units, customers and company offices across the globe. Communication takes place via email, telephone and digital meetings. We strive for excellence when it comes to customer service. Finding the right solution for a customer is our favorite challenge and we love it. We are generous in sharing our knowledge with colleagues and customers. Continuous improvement is in our genes, and we evolve by experimenting and standardizing successful outcomes step by step. The position involves interacting with people, both internally and externally, and it is important that you like to listen, learn and act. You have a technical interest and possibly a background in customer service, service team handling, manufacturing or sales of technical products. You are a true team player and willing to carrying other duties when needed to support the team. You speak and write English as well as Swedish, Danish or German. Other language skills are meriting.
