Job Description We are now looking for a Project Manager with marketplace and/or e-commerce expertise to join External & New Sales Channels Product Area within our new Business Tech organization. In the External & New Sales Channels Product Area you will belong to the Wholesale Product team, and project lead expansion initiatives using agile ways of working. The Wholesale team is responsible for onboarding new partners and continuously improving existing partners’ experience of buying and selling H&M Group assortment on marketplaces. The Team has an end-to-end responsibility for the Business Tech Wholesale solutions, which means that the team has an intense collaboration with several product teams across other Business Tech domains and product areas. You will also act as a Wholesale ambassador and promote the growth potential of the Business. About the role The Team responsible for acting as the single point of contact to our marketplace partners around solution creation, development roadmap and backlogs. As Business Expert you will work closely together with many different stakeholders in other Business Tech products as well as with central H&M functions, Brands, and external Wholesale partners. Furthermore, you will be coordinating cross-functional and cross-product initiatives, analyzing, executing and following-up on initiatives, from idea to go live. You will also... securing progress, explaining, anchoring the Business model, all with the aim to maximize Business impact, benefit, and value/effects. Supporting the Team in prioritizing the right expansion initiatives from a profitability and customer (and Brand) value perspective Collaborating with many different stakeholders, internal and external ones Qualifications We believe that you are solution-focused, a great communicator, and a team player. You are a positive and energetic connector and a collaborator; you build trust and relationships at all levels. You can gather, analyze, understand partner and Business needs, and create a product value proposition based on identified partner and market opportunity. You understand impact against product backlog and impact on the team and have the confidence to make quick decisions and support the Product Owner and product team to make sure that the right things constantly are prioritized. You are truly a “doer”, willing to get hands-on solving any problems needed to make the team move forward. We believe that you have the following: Degree within Business and / or Engineering or equivalent At least 5 years of experience from e-commerce and / or marketplace business and great understanding of its business processes (i.e., customer order management, merchandising, logistics and warehouse, accounting, BI etc.) Interest in technology / digital development supporting all processes for e-commerce and / or marketplace business (i.e., order management, merchandising, logistics and warehouse, accounting, BI etc.) Have excellent experience in stakeholder management Act as a leader and probably have leadership experience Have great experience in project management Strong communication & presentation skills Fluent in English, oral and written Additional Information Do you think we are a match?
