What you’ll do The GSC Global Learning & Development Lead will lead end to end supply chain process ownership and a consistency of approach to how learning and development processes are managed and developed. The job holder ensures that learning and development plans are in line with the Business requirements. The job holder also ensures that investment and development in the various learning and development processes are strategically aligned and that we have the capability and expertise to maximise the business returns. They are instrumental in defining and mobilizing the relevant business input and resource for delivery of Learning & Development processes and tools. Key responsibilities include: Manage the team GSC Learning & Development Regional Leads to develop and implement the vision, strategy and standards for GSC governance for learning and development processes. Work with the GSC Learning & Development Regional Leads to define a process to prioritize, standardize, monitor, measure and report on learning and development plans and achievements. Manage and develop direct reporting staff expenditure within agreed budgets Present ideas, thoughts, and projects to senior management to get buy-in on improvement projects; serving as a recognized expert and resource leader for GSC Learning & Development Liaise with other senior functional leads e.g. IT, HR, DBS leads to understand all necessary aspects of learning and development, and to ensure they are fully informed of the learning and development objectives, purposes, standards and achievements Take primary responsibility for the annual formulation of the GSC Learning & Development strategic roadmap and subsequent execution of the roadmap. Maintain awareness and knowledge of external, Danaher and Cytiva processes, learning and development theory and tools and provide suitable interpretation to stakeholders, managers and staff within the Cytiva GSC organization. Ensure activities meet with and integrate with organisational requirements for quality management, health and safety, legal stipulations, environmental policies and general duty of care Who you are Quality Specific Goals: Aware of and comply with the Cytiva Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and applicable laws and regulations as they apply to this job type/position Partnering with IT, HR and business QA/Validation teams to ensure Learning & Development tools maintain adequate QARA requirements Complete all planned Quality & Compliance training within the defined deadlines Proficient knowledge, understanding and leadership of: c GMP & ISO 9001/13485 IT system validation and process Identify and report any quality or compliance concerns and take immediate corrective action as required. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a Business or Education area Minimum 5 years related experience in a business Learning & Development environment Proven project management experience in leading complex cross-functional projects Proven experience in leading teams Proven understanding of global business processes for LMS, OTR, Buy to Pay, Workday, DBS etc. and how they are supported by IT solutions Proficient in Microsoft Teams, Excel, and Power Point. Efficient communication in English Ability to influence and collaborate at executive level across functions and businesses Preferred Qualifications: Experience of operating in regulated environment Proven execution skills, with the ability to meet firm deadlines. Excellent business/financial acumen, proficient in leading and setting direction for teams, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence and drive change at all levels of the organization. Excellent growth leadership skills demonstrating clear global perspective and understand factors impacting Cytiva businesses and our suppliers. Trained in DHR DBS Problem Solving Skills and Kaizen Interview and selection will happen continuously.
