We are looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist to join our Small Domestic Appliances Team in Stockholm. This is a new role within the growing marketing team with the primary mission to optimize our customer activities and the consumer purchase funnel to drive conversions. One team one dream is our motto!   Responsibilities and tasks involve: • Create and implement yearly marketing plans for priority customers, Nordic and local. • Project lead and execute SDA Bosch & Siemens trade marketing campaigns. • Ensure all key customers and categories have best in class, optimized, e-content that impresses and enables the consumer to make their purchase decision • Engage in regular follow-ups with customers and KAMs to ensure the development and delivery of campaigns, as well as discuss other opportunities and requests • Liase with MDA trade marketing & aligning activity plans towards shared customers. • Take ownership of our Channelsight conversion tracking tool, analyzing data and making recommendations for improvement.   Qualifications: • University degree required, marketing related is an advantage • 1-2 years+ relevant work experience is required • Experience from FMCG industry/white goods is an advantage • Working language(s): English, with a good commercial understanding of at least one other Nordic language. This position is reporting to Head of Marketing Consumer Products Northern Europe. You will have the possibility to develop within a Nordic organization – we welcome you to a professional and social team within Consumer Products marketing. We are looking for a structured, proactive and analytical person, with good customer and shopper insights. In this role you must have the ability to work & interact with multiple stakeholders, to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
