For this role you have a university degree in Logistics, Economics, Business Administration or 1-2 years of qualified experience. You have proven analytical skills, experience in problems solving and improving ways of working. You bring excellent computer skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Office. You also bring with you retail/home furnishing interest. As a person you have a collaborative mind-set in building relationship across the organisation and the ability to influence others within your own area of expertise by using good communication skills. You are creative in your way of thinking and acting and have a “always possible” attitude. You have an eagerness and self-drive to develop constantly together with the ability to work in a structured way. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES The purpose of the job is to ensure the availability of products, working closely with the Commercial function & stakeholders in Inter IKEA, by that enabling the prerequisites for excellent quality in execution: As a Replenishment Supply specialist, you will: • Analyse the Swedish fulfilment units forecast & together with the Commercial function create the best prerequisites for availability. • Coach our fulfilment units to enable seamless daily operations and an efficient distribution network on the market, with focus on the processes creating availability. • Securing an end-to-end planning of NEWs, running & discontinued articles by monitoring replenishment parameters and act on deviations & support our fulfilment units with competence • Secure optimal replenishment solutions to fulfilment units • Build-up of correct stock levels prior to peak sales periods, supply constraint periods and sales activities • Contribute with knowledge & expertise to optimize operational and multichannel development and to secure continued improvement, supporting the customer’s shopping experience We are looking for one permanent and one temporary (1 year), both roles are located in Helsingborg. You will report to the Replenishment Manager. ABOUT THIS WORK AREA Customer Fulfilment is the logistics function within IKEA that contributes to a seamless shopping experience for the many people. Customer fulfilment is responsible for ensuring the availability of products and services by securing planning and fulfilment in an end to end perspective, the logistics in the stores, for operating different types of distribution centres, and for home deliveries, assembly and installation services for the IKEA customers in Sweden.
