We are looking for a People oriented HR Manager with strong business acumen for our IT Division and for our Corporate Staff functions. What you’ll do The People team of Telenor Sweden consists of 20 people with the aim to create high value for our organization. We are Customer centric and work collaboratively to utilize our strengths. As HR Manager at towards our IT division and Corporate staff functions, you will be a part of an exiting transformation journey. Our IT-divisions is focusing on to enable Telenor being the fastest from insight to impact. Part of the transformation has been about organizing in Value Chains with our Business and to implement & adopt a Telenor-fit agile way of work, as well as building a new BSS-stack based on TM-Forum Open Digital Architecture. The IT Division consists of approx. 170 employees, where of 15 managers, and +100 consultants. The Corporate Staff-function (CS) in Telenor Sweden consists of Finance, Corporate Affairs and People. Corporate Staff are vital for supporting and enabling Telenor Sweden, and consists of approx. 120 employees, where of 15 managers. In the role as HR Manager you will: * Support, advice and challenge leaders in organizational and people related issues * Initiate, drive and facilitate Divisional activities in People-related areas, i.e. IT Operative Model-designs * Implement HR strategies, processes and tools and ensure adherence * Secure compliance towards collective agreements, labor law, health and safety and compensation & benefits regulations * Actively contribute to development the People function * Union relations and negotiations * Be part of Divisional Management Team as well as People Management Team Who are you? To succeed in the role as HR Manager at Telenor, we believe that you have experience working in a similar role, collaborating, and impacting Senior Management. You have an academic background within Human resources or similar and experience from working in a fast-paced agile environment. You have a strong business acumen and solid knowledge in labor law and union negations. You have documented experience from Change Management, Organizational Design and working agile. As a person, you like a fast-paced context, you’re self-driven, and you create impact. You build strong relationships through being communicative, authentic, caring and demonstrating high integrity. You like a variety of tasks, working both strategically and operative: from hands-on Strategic Workforce Planning to being part of setting the Divisional agenda together with the Cx Os and the rest of the Management Team. You work systematically, making plans and executing efficiently. Fluent in Swedish as well as English, both written and verbally Our promise A balanced workforce is key to our success.
