A member of our team is after 5 years on the job moving on and leaves a vacancy in our Scandinavian sales team. We are at a very exiting point of our evolution bringing new tools to the market to supporting our customers “digitalization” journey. About the job Find and develop new customers through high level of individual drive and creativity Uncover, develop and lead all sales activities for sales within existing customer base Develop and execute an account plan for each customer, including strategy, actions, timeframes, milestones and responsibilities Exhibit strong strategic thinking, initiative and project leadership skills We serve our markets both direct and through our partners. We have individual quotas and objectives but manage to combine that with tight team work helping each other out both on tactical case level as well as even sometimes practically in customer facing situations. About you B2 B direct sales in software and/or technology OR selling contact center outsourcing services is a requirement Experience selling to or working within contact centers is an advantage. Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms and communicate business value Proven ability to follow process driven sales Must demonstrate an ability to prospect within end user community Accurate and dependable forecasting Fluency in English and Swedish is a requirement, knowledge in Danish is considered advantageous About Calabrio Calabrio is the customer experience intelligence company that empowers organizations to enrich human interactions.
