Telenor is rapidly heading towards the digital future, and we are looking for people with a natural proactive drive who wants to make a difference.  What you’ll do  As a Campaign Tech Lead, you will be working with our powerful, real-time omnichannel campaign tools to create personalized and inspiring digital communication & journeys for our customers. You will be a part of a dedicated agile, cross-functional and autonomous team consisting of talents from different units within our organization.    We want to change and be challenged – these are key drivers in achieving our digitization journey. You will be our expert in marketing automation and develop integrated marketing campaigns to acquire and retain customers. You will be a go-to person for questions around data-driven customer communication. You will analyze campaigns' success, use data to make recommendations for improvement, and Provide content writing support whenever needed.  Who are you  We are looking for a structured and analytical person with a significant interest for technology. You have experience and a great understanding of handling large amounts of data. You have at least 5 years’ hands-on experience working in marketing automation tools focusing on digital campaigns and real-time communication. Working in Teradata and Content creation is considered as a plus but not a requirement. You are fluent in Swedish and English (both written and verbal).    You challenge the way of thinking and are a great collaborator and team player. You are optimistic, curious and wish to learn new every day.
