Sustainability is also a central part of our company's core business and strategy. We are now looking for someone to lead and drive the overall development of our sustainability offering throughout Cybercom Group with the incentive to have a positive effect on global sustainability for our customers. Your day to day job includes areas such as: - Overall responsibility for the vision, strategy, roadmap, commercialization and lifecycle management of our sustainability offering that best address the market and clients’ needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary roles at Cybercom - Strengthening the overall relationship with clients on an executive level - Main responsibility for knowledge sharing within the community of practice and Sales support related to the offering - Coordinating the involvement of Cybercom people, including consultants, evangelists, support, and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives and customers’ expectations. In your role you will report to Head of Offering Who are you? You share our values and greater purpose of bringing net positive effect on global sustainability through digitalization. You have an entrepreneurial spirit and experience of developing business & product/offer in the digital networked world with the clear sense of putting the customer or end-user first. You are business driven, reaching key objectives with resilience and able to develop new and existing clients. We need you to sell our Digital Sustainability offering with a passion and pride in situations involving the new and unexpected. Creating a positive and innovative atmosphere encouraging people to commit themselves to the task in hand is an integral part of your DNA. You have: - You have a good track record of strategic sales experience in a B2 B sales environment. - preferably from the management consultancy industry - You have several years of consultancy experience- preferably from the management consultancy industry. - Experience from selling sustainability consultancy services is a plus. - A degree in Business, IT or Engineering with a strong academic record - English language verbally and in writing fluently at a business level Interested?
