Then you might be the one we are looking for What you can expect We are recruiting a Team Manager for a team responsible for the deliveries of hosting platforms and databases. The team consists of experienced engineers and developers within several technical areas such as Windows, MSSQL and Docker. We are delivering services to our internal stakeholders with the common aim of providing World class service to our customers. As a Team Manager you have full responsibility for the staff in your team. You will lead, coach, inspire and follow up on team and each team member in their daily work to secure deliveries. You will have responsibility for financial forecasting and follow up. The role as a Team Manager offers the opportunity to be a part of the Area Management Group, to be an ambassador for our Core Values and to develop our organization and deliveries. What I expect To be successful in this position I believe that you have management experience and good skills in coaching other people. You have the ability to lead, plan, organize and set correct priorities. Experience from leading operations, development and maintenance of application hosting platforms is highly appreciated. You preferably have documented experience from Agile ways of working and SAFe framework. I value your personal abilities. You are positive, result-driven and customer/stakeholder oriented. You have the ability to take initiative and to work with continuous improvements. You have a strong sense of responsibility and commitment. Furthermore, you understand the need for collaboration and communication within your team and towards your stakeholders. You take responsibility for your own development as well as the development of your team members.
