Release Train Engineer to the FX tribe at SEB in Stockholm

The FX Tribe consists of approximately 100 employees and consultants divided into eight delivery teams. We build, develop and maintain the systems used by our large corporate customers, financial institutions and our internal traders. It is a fast-paced environment where time-to-market and quality is extremely important! About the job As a Release Train Engineer (or Chief Scrum Master as we formally call it internally) in the Technology Trading area, you are the spider in the web that enable our delivery teams to work efficiently over time and you also coordinate initiatives that span across several teams, both inside and outside the tribe. Another important aspect is that you play a key role in terms of developing us when it comes to scaling our agile way of working. In this role you will be expected to drive and facilitate key forums and events, such as quarterly PI plannings, Inspect and Adapt, Scrum of Scrums and other cross collaboration forums.   You will in your daily work be involved in, and take responsibility for, coordinating and delivering our most important and complex initiatives. You will work closely with Chief Product Owner (CPO), Lead Business Analyst, Test Manager, Scrum Masters of the different delivery teams, business owners as well as other Chief Scrum Masters within Technology Trading. You are also organized and like to coordinate and drive initiatives independently.
