Are you looking for a new challenge as a Manager of a great team? We at Axis are growing and are currently looking for our new Manager IT Operations. As Manager IT Operations here at Axis, you will have the opportunity of working with highly skilled colleagues, great leadership, support and develop your team and be part of changing how we work to meet the future demands from the growing Axis in a cutting edge environment. Who is your future team? You will be part of the IT Operations and Support organization that currently consist of approx. 25 people. Here you will be responsible for one of the two operational teams. Your future team consists of approx. 15 senior technicians and together you will support, manage and develop Axis global infrastructure. You will also be part of the IT Operations & Support leadership team and together we will build strategies for how our organisation will grow and change during the coming years. You will be playing key role when it comes to planning and execution of these strategies and will work closely with you peers in similar roles. What you'll do here as Manager IT Operation: As Manager IT Operation, you will take on an important role in supporting and coaching your IT Operations team of approx. 15 in their daily work. The IT Operations & Support organisation is expanding which means that our teams take on new responsibilities as we expand. Such responsibilities are end-to-end Life Cycle of operational platforms, expanding the global infrastructure all the while as new technology is being implemented. This means that we need you, in close collaboration together with us, to challenge old ways of working and build the best support and delivery models for Axis and for our global infrastructure. As we are responsible for all infrastructure, Network, OS-platforms and Datacentre solutions you need to have a great deal of technical experience and understanding not only to be able to discuss solutions with you team members. But also understand how business requirements and processes can impact the infrastructure and wise versa. The IT Operations and Support team at Axis is responsible for all operational aspects of the global infrastructure, Incidents, Request, Change and the life cycle of the platforms and you will be the responsibility to manage this on both a daily basis as well as strategic. Who are we looking for/Who are you? We are looking for you, who has 5+ years of experiences in a similar role, where you successfully have been leading and coaching a technical team successfully. To be successful in this role you should have a broad understanding of different technical ecosystems and have the ability to interpret and make decisions based on what is best for Axis, today, tomorrow and in the future. We are looking for you who has experience of leading a team in a changing environment and at the same time are able to find creative solutions to complex problems. You like to take ownership and work together with others to find the best solution regardless if it's a technical or process problem. At Axis we love technology and technology development, so we think you should share our genuine technical interest and understand dependencies within a technical ecosystem. We'd love to hear that you have: As our new Manager IT Operations, we would love to hear you have: * Experience from lifecycle management of IT infrastructure ecosystems. * Experience of implement change in an organisation. * Experiences of developing delivery and supporting models. * Extensive people management experiences and experience of recruitment. As you will be a vital part of supporting Axis colleagues around the world, we think you need to have communication skill both in Swedish and English.
