For Company X, we are looking for a Senior Revenue Growth Manager with extraordinary Business Acumen skills and a strong innovative mindset. As a Senior Revenue Growth Manager, you will be a part of the Swedish Strategy and Insights team. The team has broad responsibility and consists of 6 functions; RGM, BI, Route to Market, Change Lead, Strategy planning, and performance management. Together the team supports the general management and the commercial business with analysis and recommendations. The team ensures alignment between the strategic vision, annual plans, and commercial priorities to deliver expected business results. Your Role Company X: RGM is an area with increasing importance, and Company X will focus and strengthen this function as we advance. The team's mission is to improve and optimize the total revenue strategically and operationally long-term. Company X offers you a unique opportunity to own the revenue growth strategy for some of the world's best-loved brands in Sweden. Growing revenue sustainably of core brands is critical to Company Xs future success. This role will increase revenue ahead of volumes by constructing Pack, Price, and Promotion strategies and plans. Daily work will consist of identifying growth opportunities, then build plans to unlock these. Create customer approaches that facilitate the delivery of these plans. Then ensure that these change programs are in the sales team. You will lead by example and drive the revenue growth strategy. Your main goal is to lead to commercial growth, evolution, and an increased bottom line. Your primary responsibilities will include the following: - Accountable for creating and delivering clear commercial plans that optimize revenues across core packs through pricing and promotional recommendations. - Assimilate information from many different sources and advise and contribute to company strategy through an RGM perspective. - You create initiatives, make decisions, and drive the RGM business forward. - Lead channel initiatives to optimize trade investment as well as implementing new pricing architectures where required. - Proactively drive revenues through managing a mix of customers, brands & packs. - Influence at a senior level across the Company X system to gain support for implementing price and promo plans. - Develop and utilize essential revenue management tools and processes to create deliverable solutions. - Engage and train other parts of Company Xs organization in the importance of, and how to apply, revenue growth management. - Deliver the annual business plan and commercial recommendations, including price increases and promotional mechanic changes, and gain support from the Sales departments. Your Profile: As a Senior Manager, you are expected to drive the revenue growth agenda for Sweden. You have the quality of insight, and you can visualize what should be done to achieve particular goals and a successful future. You are always looking ahead, gaining insight into what opportunities will be coming and what competitive threats are likely to emerge. To do this, you will need to have a strong drive and act proactively. You are a strategic doer with the courage to challenge old ways of working. You are a key player in improving Company Xs pricing process - by balancing innovation and development projects with tactical and strategic work. Most of the time, your decision making is data-driven, but you are experienced enough to trust your instincts and go forward even when some facts are missing. You can effectively communicate with all functional areas in the organization to understand the extent and importance of business issues. You have the ability to lead small and large projects and find innovative solutions to multiple revenue growth challenges across several environments. You have experience in being accountable for an area where you had previous customer experience with exposure to a commercial agenda, emphasizing planning, and implementing commercial strategy. Additional qualifications: - Higher vocational education is required. - Fluent English is required. - We prefer that you have experience from an international business. - Strong communication skills, confidence, and ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. - Strong management mindset. - Strong analytical skills, data-driven, and strategic thinking. - A strategic doer used to work in a setting where you need to create and deliver.
